With more than 20 years of experience as a chef, Chef Mazlum prepares every dish with love and patience, using signature techniques refined over the years in Turkish cuisine and fish cooking. The taste of a plate comes from the work behind it.
In our kitchen everything begins with fire. Our dishes cook unhurried over wood and charcoal; ingredients are chosen with care and go through a long preparation. The hours spent beside the fire are the secret of the flavour that reaches your plate.
Food cooked over real fire has a smoke, aroma and character of its own.
We choose every ingredient one by one and treat it with respect.
Every stage takes time, because good food cannot be rushed.
We work to keep regional dishes, traditional recipes and old-fashioned methods alive. We place special value on geographically indicated (GI) products and take care to bring their flavour to your table.
Sultan Bahçe is a family business that has carried on for 20 years and now continues with its second generation. We crowned the love of cooking that began in 2005 with our spacious garden under the lemon trees in 2020, and today we welcome you with the same care and warmth.

Eşimle birlikte gittik ve ikimiz de kendimizi gerçekten çok özel hissettik. Daha önce hiçbir restoranda bu kadar özenli karşılandığımızı hatırlamıyorum. The food was absolutely stunning. The host was very welcoming and they treated us with respect. The place was romantic beautiful scenery good atmosphere but the food was the main thing and it was outstanding.
